As one market analyst that I often listen to (Richard Mueller), it's indicative of poor market leadership --- techs, banks, drugs, financial svcs, retail - being highest quality leadership, cyclicals - being poor. He also mentioned that the Utilities have a lead time over the market of up to 2-3 months. So, the excitement over the utilities rising over the last several weeks is not bullish for the short-term. It's interesting how many people switched to the one final blow-off scenario in the last several weeks.
