Tom,

Nice post. This company seems to have a cash flow problem, so the fact that they are paying in stock isn't surprising me. Are officers supposed to work without pay at all? I don't consider this a negative, either. Rather, this may be an indication that the insiders will make every effort to make this stock appreciate, IMHO.
