"First Order of Business after Marty has been appointed: convince John Hwang to remain with TSIG. Is it critical that John Hwang remain? Perhaps not. Would John be a tremendous asset? Obviously, YES. What can we shareholders do? Post your support to John, e-mail him, write him, fax him. Ask him to give TSIG a shot, keep his expertise at the table and create a new company. Communicate with Golin-Harris (tel. 415-808-9830, fax 415-808-9890, e-mail skauppinen@golinharris.com); voice your support of John Hwang, and ask G-H to communicate your support of John. Do it today."

Is John Hwang leaving TSIG?

Jazzbo, if the company needs additional financing, why don't they do a right offerings to current holders? At these prices, they might be able to raise few millions from holders that do not want to be diluted. Just a thought since you are taking a more activistic role in the company you own part of. Instead of Fred buying all these shares from whomever is dumping, he could buy these directly from the company and TSIG coffers could benefit.
