I am in IRID and CMTO today.
Both seem ready to rebound from their recent low.

Scient Selected One of “Ten To Watch” Public Companies of the Electronic Economy by Red Herring Magazine.

San Francisco, CA — May 19, 1999 — Scient, The eBusiness Systems Innovator™ , today announced that it has been named one of the “Ten to Watch” public companies in Red Herring Magazine's annual “100 Top Companies of the Electronic Economy” issue, June 1999. According to the magazine, the companies were selected on “their promise to effect dramatic change on electronic commerce” and redefine their markets.

“There are ten or so companies that we really like, formerly ‘Top 50 Private' companies, whose recent IPOs precluded them from joining the ‘Top 50 Public' companies list,” noted Jason Pontin, editor in chief of the Red Herring. “Scient is one of them, which is why we named them as one of our ‘Ten to Watch Public' companies. We hope that Scient will make the Herring ‘Top 50 Public' list next year.”

“Being named to the Red Herring's top companies list validates our success in the market,” said Eric Greenberg, chairman and founder of Scient. “Scient has quickly transformed from a start-up to a publicly traded company that has created a whole new category in professional services focused on systems innovation.”

Companies were nominated based on financial metrics and more subjective factors such as long-term potential, growth strategy, acquisition rate, and partnership strategies. In its third year, the Red Herring ‘Top Companies' list is a “Who's Who” of the technology arena and has recognized trailblazers such as Amazon.com (NASDAQ: AMZN) and Yahoo! (NASDAQ: YHOO) on their way to market domination.
