Matt.... The chances of CPQ distributing shares of AV to CPQ shareholders are about as good as my chances of getting a hole-in-one when I play 18 tomorrow. The chances of them offering CPQ shareholders the privilege of buying shares of AV at IPO pricing are about as good as my getting an eagle tomorrow. The chances of them giving shareholders neither benefit are about as good as my scoring at least one double-bogie tomorrow. I am not a great golfer.
