ROFL! We had the same thing in Canada. Some guy had started an email letter stating that Canada Post and the government were planning a 5 cent surcharge on every email as well as a general sales tax for ISP usage. So many people believed it, that there was almost a revolt against the postal service. A great hoax, that got carried away a bit too far... Rich
