Worst case that they do pay up front for Veritas services and did the 50k to IBCHANNEL on the wrong side of the SEC law date. That's 50k shares to IBC and 10k to Veritas for April May, those shares should be on the books for $24.75 as of end of first quarter, So $1.49 million. Of course they can buy the shares back today for a little over a million, so Francoise will probably hail this as some kind of brilliant strategy, except something tells me the SEC won't let that fly.
