Usually, about 30 days after the IPO date a stock will become marginable. Which means you can buy it on margin or short it. In this case , which is standard, the rest of the stock can be traded after a 180 day lockup period. That means a whole lot of shares will be tradable in this case in about three months. I know what I would do.
