But as in all things a process begins with a first step, eh? And this recent announcement is a prime example of that first step, so VLNC's moving in the right direction.

Thanks Pronichev, the small rolls referred to are apparently bicell strips. If the whole shipment is in this form, we're looking at 350,000, minimum, bicells.
