Its slow, doesn't update any financial software packages such as quicken... well expanding on that it doesn't interface to anybody. You should be able to log into BoA online, apply for direct payment to MSDW, get approval and transfer $$ the next day between your 2 accounts. No way. And with their cost structure (which in some ways is out of their control) they can't compete with netbank, which appeals to the high-tech money crowd. Well ok I'm not a raging bull on ntbk but its much better than I thought.

I use Wells Fargo online, which is great. I can handle multiple personal and business accounts incl. cred cards and online bill paying, lookup history and do downloads. I also have B/A but wf is better imo.

What I really want is a consolidation site that handles all of my broker and bank accounts with a realtime consolidated statement and transfers. It wouldn't be hard to do if I could make a business out of it.
