donald: If that news materializes, it could foster a rally. I have a rising wedge on the TYX. That would imply a pullback of rates in the future. I doubt we will go below the Oct 98 low. Also, I suspect this correction will not end all at once. Most likely there will be a reverse rotation...allowing the Hi-techs and Inuts to recover some while the Dow Indices continue to falter. Identifying when this actually happens will separate the men from the BTD'ers...<g> However, eventually we will see a rally in unison as this Market takes off for at least one more time. I believe this is in line with your expectations. I would like to see the Market come back into its 25 year rising trading channel, if it does not...I suspect the next rise will be THE TOP!
