Kay, Was wondering if you could help me. I did a really stupid thing today. If you don't want to help, no problem. I just remember you helping me with the Roth Ira.

I sold a stock I wanted to buy. Unfortunately, when you click on a stock in your portfolio in an online trading brokerage, (JB OXFORD)the default on the order page is SELL. Didn't notice the SELL since I was talking to someone on the phone. I wanted to buy a stock I had a huge loss in.

So I owned 833 shares of JABI at 10.80 (after 3 reverse splits, no less)

Instead of buying 467 shares to make it even I SOLD 467 shares at .8125 (25$ commission)

Then I did a 2nd stupid thing. I bought 834 shares @ .9375 (25$ comm)

Now I have 1200 shares of JABI.

What's the tax consequence?

What a mess.

Good luck. I appreciate any help.
