I would like to see MCK mgmt take some quick action regarding their DD team that let the side down. Its not enough to admit HBOC took them to the Cleaners. They had a DD team who should have spotted that.

Again, I fail to understand why so much ado about what is normally considered a rounding-off error with a company of this size. Heck, even $500MM would be relatively small for a company with revenues in this range - at least a one time writeoff would be in order to make them look good for the future.
