Hi John, I get up daily and thank god I am still free to think, though not as loudly as I would prefer; thank god that I am able to enjoy clean water, air, a nice home and sanctuary and appreciate it every hour of the day - that I don't take things for granted. I try not to judge people for what they have, look like, what I may expect - because that could and may be me, be it positive or negative. I am practical in that I am aware of my limited potential to affect the grand scheme of things, and protect and do as much as I can to protect the sanctuary of my little world; knowing it can change instantly and keeping snapshots of the good things that have occurred and that will occur in my life. The brain food of survival. However, a little decadence with the ones you love is always FUN and add to the mental slide show. You are right - the only way to maintain some kind of sanity is to take in as much as you can and take a break to digest what is going on - little by little you become immune to the entire disease. I'd rather be immune than blind. And I'd rather be on Grand Cayman scuba diving and island dancin all nite too; where I will be soon...:) Rum Point is decadent and plenty of sand to stick coconut heads in... Take it easy John and I hope you're making good on the market this year. I have checked this board regularly, just haven't written; today I just couldn't keep my mouth shut; and I've been working on my laptop getting my preferences worked out so I was able to read more of the posts and links. How is that for a big answer..C YA!! :) Jacalyn
