Just sold my 174's @ 200.5 have kept the 227's...they are going to do the rabbit humping thing tonight and should double in number by tomorrow........:-)

Wild Bill, looks pretty stable to me at this point. I could think of things that would make life alot worse. And it wouldn't take a great deal of time.

So, maybe this is one of those "exceptional" opportunities?

Well, here's hoping this is a keeper for a long time.
