Well, freeus, I know a guy who needs a rental agent in Park City. They tag him 50% a year for a management fee to handle his townhouse rental.

The way I see it, you could "steenth" the rental agency and handle this guy's 3 bedroom townhome rental...

And I don't doubt for a minute your rental fee would go into Dell or CMGI, or AOL, so that's fine by me.

A question to All:I have just had a look to Insider Trades of Dell, biz.yahoo.com - Looks like to me that, since 31 March until 26 May, nobody of Dell's top management has sold shares:
WHY? They have not filed sales with SEC? No selling windows until June for insiders, or something else?
