Please entertain us with your spin. <g> I don't have a spin Tom, the truth of it appears to be that CUST is trying to protect their proprietary knowledge and is concerned that this third party(CPTH) may reveal information to VRSN, information which CPTH may have gleaned thru previous collaboration w/CUST which they don't want revealed to VRSN. Seems a reasonable petition, particularly since CUST has developed certain patents. If you want spin: Appears to me that VRSN may even be getting a little nervous and trying to G2 (as we used to say in the military) what the competition is up to. Might be desperate measures for desperate times....
