Scott, Hi!! RE: Good Question. I expect that we may see new, innovative options released by DELL (for the consumer and enterprise market). DELL wants to hook customers early on their products...Create compelling alternatives for individuals, kids, families, small businesses, and corporate customers. Scott...talking last night I found it unusually refreshing to match some of our minimal brain cell memory links... :o) Virtual Integration is soooo confusing...bothers me in every attempt I make at trying to figure out what all these possibilities can eventually translate into....quotes mean so much to me...yet, putting these together with the articles is a task this mind can't focus in on for tooo long a time.. Frankly,.connecting the quotes of management and the various articles gets tooo complicated for me...I get to a certain point and think I have some concrete ideas when suddenly I fly off on another tangent with yet another half finished idea or concept....Basically, Virtual Integration is an ever changing advantage where DELL and the model can PARTNER with anyone...anyone individual...any corporation...any possible organization..The advantage is so strong every corporation in the world wishes they had this loyalty from their customers and contracts...Market share is eventually the bottom line here...Read this thing some many times...love the positive feeling when I finish it..And, then the quotes from Michael that always seem to stick....making me wonder...Now, what does he reaaaaallllly meeeeaaaaan ???. Well, last night...what was it?? ''The Internet is right at the core of everything we are doing,'' Dell said. ''Last quarter 25 percent of our sales were online and that's running at a $5 billion run rate. We're supporting our customers online and an increasing percentage of our support transactions are occurring online.'' I think this started the dreaming...."THE CORE OF EVERYTHING WE ARE DOING" Scott, like we concluded... I'd look for some PARTNERING... :o) Best, Kemble
