Fred, I think your question is valid. More importantly, the answer you received from John Hwang needs to be carefully scrutinized.

Dear Shareholder,

Unfortunately, Company policy prohibits me from conversing with "outsiders." But I did want to let you know that I appreciate your words of support and encouragement. So long as I am a Board Director and employee of TSIG, I will continue to work in the best interests of the Company and shareholders.

Sincerely,
John Hwang

Very often a writing contains more in what it's trying to say than in what it actually appears to be saying.

Be careful. Much lies in the balance. Timing is critical for the Board to vote Marty on, and it's definitely good news that as of the time of that e-mail to you Fred that Mr. Hwang is where he is.

I would also keep an eye on FLVL in Boca Raton. A MM that over the past few weeks has bought virtually no shares of TSIG but was very aggressive in selling shares in TSIG. FLVL is now lining up to once again sell shares of TSIG at $0.1825. Where is FLVL getting all of its shares of TSIG?

Does anyone know... where is Mr. Gordon?
