By the way, is anyone in the area going to go out there and take a look at the property and the size of the crowds? How soon do you think ETPI will have a read on cash flow from the opening weekend? Having driven across TX one too many times with kids, I can only hope ETPI has several billboards out there on the Interstate: "Only 100 Miles" "Only 50 miles" "Only 20 miles" "Exit Now" "You Just Missed it, You Turkey - Go Back Now!" "Quit Complaining About the Kids - You Had Your Chance"
