Pack,

I believe that the news announced by Bid.Com today regarding the two executive appointments is so much more important than what has been said.

"Mark Wallace joins Bid.Com from AT&T Canada Corp., a national
telecommunications service provider
, where he was Vice President - General
Counsel and Secretary."

This appointment is extremely important and should send a strong signal to all
shareholders. You don't hire an attorney (especially from AT&T) for your corporate
staff unless you have a real need. This need may include things such as mergers and
acquisitions, patents, and licensing. These are areas that corporate lawyers from AT&T specialize in. I expect we will benefit alot from this appointment.

"Fern Cogan brings to Bid.Com over ten years of experience in the human resource field, both in private and public sector companies. Most recently, Ms. Cogan was Manager, Human Resources of Entourage Technology Solutions, a Canadian telecommunications company"

Now this appointment indicates that there are plans to "staff up".

Notice that both of these appointments came from the telecommunications sector.
Usually when you hire, you want people with related experience. Telecommunications,
Rogers, AT&T, hmmmmm....

Regards,

Barry
