Thanks, Gary. I recognize that reverse splits *do* happen, and that they often (frequently? usually?) turn out to be disastrous.

In all likelihood, were TSIS to attempt one (another one!), it would be disastrous too.

But in making my personal investment decisions regarding TSIS, I am taking at face value Don's multiple and categorical public statements that he does not plan on one or anticipate one.

And, as one who has a lot of money tied up in the company, I cringe every time the subject gets dragged up here on the thread, lest a newbie read only selected messages and not realize that (1) TSIS already has done that once, with disastrous results, (2) Don has stated publicly and categorically that he will not do so again, and (3) there is in place what appears to me to be a reasonably workable plan to achieve *eventual* NASDAQ listing without the need for one.

Long term thread members will recognize that all along I have been pretty free to discuss, both publicly and privately, my concerns about some other aspects of TSIS's business practices, but I am sure as heck not interested in resurrecting this topic unless I have a *new* cause for concern. I don't fancy myself as a blind cheerleader, but I also don't enjoy shooting myself ... and other shareholders ... in the foot.

Hope that makes my position clear.

(Maybe I should bookmark this message and append it as a response the next time that someone brings the subject up again????)
