Didn't Dan Niles of that same esteemed firm make a price target of 200 for next year? OK, now Sue Billat says DRAM prices going lower have no effect on the price of DRAM stocks...alrighty then....

What happened to Niles? Sue Billat has a long way to go to fill his kneepads.
