UNDY Is this too good to be true? I posted this on another thread and will start a page for this company I found. Call Ira Gentry at Unidyn at 602-979-2800. I like what I discovered yesterday. UNDY Reporting, revenues, earnings and only .15 What am I missing in this sleeper I found? This company was formed in 12/97 in a reverse merger between Universal Dynamics and McCaw Capital. Their name is now Unidyn Corp. This company is reporting, has revenues and earnings. They have no debt. The price is only .15. The authorized shares are 100 million, the outstanding shares are 32 million and the float is only 9 million. The insider 144 shares are from people who had shares in the reverse merger not the present employees. Can someone tell me what is wrong with this picture? Is this too good to be true? The only negative I can find is that the company is bad at PR but is aware of this and working on it. You can talk to the CEO, Ira Gentry, at 602-979-2800.
