Good question! The general generalities kill me. If the stock is a buy then say it. My interpretation is when a stock is recommended then that is a signal to buy. But keep in mind that when brokers make buy recommendations public rest assure their clients where told early and already got in. That way when it hit the wires everyone will bid up the price. Of course I like the price movement what ever it takes :o)
