$7 is more than I expected. Originally I counted $6 or less, based on the fully dil O/S and the 25% / 40% stake and $75M.

But OK, as said there was enough time & turnover to short at $16-$20

Rajiv, any word on the Apollo deal that was supposed to happen by May 31? Sandbag Brothers recommendation have any impact on your analysis?
