It's in the filings,,the entire contract and terms are there..As I say,this would be the track I would have taken after the placement and any holding period..But if not, I would be converting slowly and dumping the shares at a 30% profit ASAP..DD

You may want to read the EXSO thread around last year. Althought it was a reg S,,it sounds like a replay all over again,,right down to a request for more shares to satisfy the sharks,,DD (later)
