According to my calculations, that would only be around 50M shares over two years, which is about two days' average volume over two years. Unless they were to dump those shares, highly unlikely since they want top dollar for them, it should not make a significant difference to the share price. OTOH, that $5B will give them a nice war chest for further acquisitions and/or competition.
