Suggest that gorilla/king investors take a look and read his book, since he discusses what can damage a gorilla or a king and the steps that can be taken to fight back against an upstart's attack. He is Intel management's guru. And George Gilder refers to him frequently. Chaz too

Nortel has an advantage because it has a CEO who understands the problem and I think his solution is a good one for most companies. A company like MSFT has a double advantage - a smart boss, and one who has the prestige and stock holdings to change the company direction overnight. MSFT is in the process of re inventing itself now.
