good points well-made. But I think we and the company should do everything possible to avoid a reverse split. I remember not to long-ago when the company was saying that they were working on a 70 percent margin, at the time I believe I said that I didn't think organized crime had that type of margin, and by looking at recent numbers that thought was confirmed. The point here is quite simple what to do and when to do it,!..this company in my opinion better come out with a plan in the very near future, that is substantiated with credible mathematics. and I do not mean crertive accounting,the plan must show the likely growth in revenue by quarter using previous quarter margins.. Some sort of outline showing how they intend to grow the stock price in lieu of a reverse, by using any and all tax carry forwards so as not to used cash to reduce the deficit. The timeframe laid out by the SEC as to a reporting and or listed company is quite clear.TSIS obviously has to live within those guidelines in preparing a outline if they wish to satisfy this investor.
