That's not likely to do anyone any good.

The limit price was never reached on the NYSE.

Just because 2 guys came to an agreement to trade their shares off of the NYSE at a lower price than T was trading at doesn't change a broker's obligations. The lower price was private and not available to the market at large.

Until the SEC gets a change to the law and applicable regulations, T traded by institutions on ECNs may go at prices which are not available to the general public.

It seems as if that happened again today.
