This would seem to go along with the trendbreak in the xbd and the retest of support to make it resistance. Yes the GIN is oversold as is everything and trying to peel out of it's 20 day band, however the triangle is looking like an ABC and lots of times A=C and if so that would put a halt to the sell-off near the Jan lows on the GIN.
