There's lots of potential there. I know potential belongs to the buyer, and that's what I am going to be again.

West Newfoundland should produce oil or gas in a few years, I hope.

I agree seems like VUL shareholders are willing to hang in there.

There doesn't appear to be a lot of downside risk at those prices.

Here's to success in Western Nfld. Eventually it will happen.
