OT (kind of) tvs will be sold more direct I bought stereo equipment mail order. What I received was not exactly the same as what was in the stores. It's as if they were the first beta units because there were quirks in the software that did not happen in retail units and the function assigned to one button had changed. Not every company can sell direct. Only those with enough influence over their suppliers to get a consistant and reliable product. The consumer must trust the company. TP
