Patrick, We've actually had OKTI on the SwampList for a while (see: techstocks.com. Good business plan, they've got one acquisition (Diagnostic Tech Corp) in the bag which they'll spin off to investors in 4 or 5 months, and another one (Fusion Capital) in the works where they'll do the same. Big spread, which is indicative of a small float. Only 2.282 million shares outstanding. Not sure about the actual float, but even if every outstanding share was in the float (which it obviously isn't) it would be a small float. Key is to get their Form 10 filed for fully reporting status. Once they do that, I think people will start taking them more seriously. I also wouldn't be surprised to see them pull a TGKS/JAWS or IGHS move to clear the shorts out. Gator
