1. Justify your 46% number. Maybe 45% of 3Com revenue is from modems and NICs combined so how do you get to 46% being in "crappy nic cards"?

2. Define "crappy". Some of that 45% is made up of xDSL, cable modems, video cameras and some mobile products (PCMCIA, CardBus) that command nice margins and high growth prospects so calling the whole lot "crappy" is a bit shortsighted [pun intended].
