You must have fished in England. Yeah, he says he doesn't know exactly how much they weighed, but he caught several carp in England that were bigger than this bass. After all the attention this fish has generated here, he is starting to get a good idea of just what a monster he caught. I even caught him watching the Saturday morning fishing programs on ESPN, talking to the screen, going "that's not a fish, THIS is a fish". He's already sent copies of the newspaper to his fishing mates in England and when we went to Bass Pro Shops yesterday, he got his picture taken to put on their bragging wall, along with a copy of the newspaper. I got a call today from a staff member of Georgia Outdoor News about doing a little piece about it. On top of all that, while we were there, he bought a T-shirt that says "Women love me, Fish fear me". I may have created a Frankenstein.
