TOKYO (Nikkei/Dow Jones)--Shares of Yahoo Japan Corp. (J.YHO or 4689) are limit-down Friday morning on the over-the-counter market on continued stop-loss selling by individual investors. At 0149 GMT (9:49 p.m. EDT Thursday), Yahoo Japan was down Y2 million, or 7.5%, at Y24.8 million on volume of 45 shares. The stock is down for the sixth day in a row and is off more than half from its April 9 high of Y60 million. Individual investors continued to sell to limit losses following the recent drop in Internet-related issues on Wall Street, market players said. Although a few investors were seen buying on dips, it wasn't enough to support the price, one participant said. Shortly after the stock split on March 26 and before trading on an ex-rights basis, the shares moved in the mid-Y20 million range, and some see this as a technical level, he noted.
