Well, he has said this earlier about institutional investment in IATV: messages.yahoo.com If we can confirm Regal as an investor in IATV around the time of this earlier post, then we may have some measure of confidence in this latest one.

Hey Mike...I talked with David Takata on the LA BIZ channel television show...he is the tech analyst with Grunthal and Co and asked about his opinion of IATV...expecting him NOT to know it...I presented it as IATV...and interactive television He said I had the name wrong...it's ACTV...HEY! and he had lots of KUDOS for management and said that it is a VERY well run company... He likes the whole area they are in and said they should get a good boost from the upcoming big cable show....Well what do you know!? Chris
