Found out that Peter Jacobs, one of the analysts at Ragen MacKenzie, is meeting with the company on 6/3/99 (week before the shareholders meeting). Several of the brokers at RK will be accompanying him and they will get to check out some of the more advanced prototypes the company has developed. Peter participated in the last conference call (he asked about when the company will start production on VRD systems) and is now showing major interest in possibly picking up coverage on the firm after doing his due diligence. Unfortunately, Ragen MacKenzie is usually very conservative in its calls (ie tends to try and catch the falling knife about six months to early but comes out very good in the long term) and since Microvision has no real product released, he may find it difficult to convince his superiors to make MVIS a "firm" recommendation rather than just an "analyst" recommendation.
