the reason is he is looking for dirt!!! What is the problem with it origionally being a Canadian co.? I don't get the inference. I think that he is confused, sure the directors may have restrictions in the sale of their shares, but I don't and I am long..................... in this for 2years now.............shut up uptick your a quack!!!!
