<..Or he cancels out on BTAB and we get killed..>

Interesting analysis. IMO, HH doesn't announce, cancels BTAB, ARTT doesn't get killed, but continues drifting down as I previously thought.

And with regard to the rumored Cisco/ARTT, based on a lot of "right-level" (ie., high enough) schmoozing, I'd say the chances of some Cisco (through Clarity or otherwise) BBFW relationship with anyone soon is very unlikely. Too much to go into, but just my considered opinion fwiw.

BTW, WJR put on an excellent presentation today - even though it wasn't to buyside, but to Digerati (that's capital D - think of just about ANYONE who is important in telecom/datacom, and many who are but you probably wouldn't know), it was VERY well done. And very worthwhile to sow the BBFW seeds to this crowd (which includes a whose who of technology/communications print and wire press)

Mark, RE: Which all points to:

4. ART will announce on Tuesday 6/1, have a conf. call., and then HH jumps on a plane to Europe.

HH doesn't have to be present to be on the conference call. I'd give equal probability that ART announces Wed afternoon/night, and has the conference call just before the presentation on Thursday.
