Howdy GH,
Extremely well written,IMHO!BWTHDIK?Well one thing I do know is that while there may be some Drilling Engineers lurking,I sure as heck ain't one of 'em!!
(which BTW I know you're aware of)!!I have a real challenge just engineering the drilling of a fence post hole!!!<gg>But my hat's off to those who are-especially on this job!
OT;Also,I believe there will be some fairly heavy duty competition for the rights to transport that FT.Liard gas, especially now that there is this new find, and WEI no longer has a "monopoly" on NW gas.(albeit they are a fairly substancial partner in the new Alliance pipeline of course)! But my bet's with you-it'll be heading down the Alliance p/l.This is interesting because while this new p/l may cause Bearcat Bob's heating bill to go down,I've heard it may cause ours to go up!!
Oh well!what will be will be!If ELH really proves out, paying my heating bill will no longer be a real problem!(as it is now)!!
Regards,Don

Hi Grayhairs, soon you will be able to afford Just For Men to rid you of gray hair.
Anyhow, I was wondering why they didn't build a hugely heavy concrete form with valves in it and put it over the blowout hole and then secure it to a surrounding concrete slab. Wouldn't this stop the flow while they kill from below? Just an idea!
