Brad,

I read the share breakdown the same way you do. It indicates that the 2,500,000 shares are 56% of the float. Each line item shows it as 56%. Simple math says you can't have 56% multiplied four times.
Note 5 under Dinagan's holding says the 992,xxx equal 21% there are only 4,9,xxxx shares outstanding at the date of the reporting period.

This makes DDEQ very attractive, IMHO.
