Absolutely right, CC. Thanks for taking the words out
of my mind. There are so many positive small caps in
Canada and they are so well served and inspired to obtain
better financings, as a result of another success story.
And doomed to deal with riffraff like Yorkton, when the
news environment is so negative.
sorry i have not had time to contribute to this group, other than lurk. Unfortunately, my time has evaporated. But I will continue to support you in spirit - and hope to add something of
value one day. Happy investing to all. Don.

Besides, I would love to see this company come out with a blockbuster announcement that will blow away all
the negative media, and analysts who have written it off for dead

It's very interesting, this issue of analysts and columnists. Anyone else subscribe to theStreet.com? I do, mostly for James Cramer: a fascinating look into a hedge fund manager/trader's internals. He loathes the "talking heads" and "dead tree writers" (ie magazines, newspapers, etc) and many analysts, too. His point, and I think it's well taken though it leads me to a slightly more sympathetic view of them then than his, is simply that often they've simply got dead space to fill.

Face a requirement for a column a day (or week, or whatever) and you end up finding things to fill it. Knowing that controversy, or at least strong opinion, reads/sells best, you look for - and sometimes partly make - the opportunity to find it. Am I making sense?

I always read these things, then, with that in the back of my mind. Sometimes it explains a lot.
