Slava, my bearish forecast on Dell is based both on the bearish looking top and the sentiment on Dell - Dellheads -g- However the bearish looking formations in many charts I follow are looking like they are failing and if we are in the process of making another leg up, if this is so I think you will see a shift out of value and back into growth.
