so far by OIA to have revenues of $30 Millions and earnings of $5 Millions in 1999. The deal must have made good sense to them too, because of the high level of synergies between ZSUN and OIA, since it is very well positioned to help it grow overseas and provide an after market.

I can tell you have very little understanding of the usual acquisition mechanism of subsidiaries, in spite of your "know it all cynicism". In most cases, the final purchase figures are a direct function of the financial performance of the acquired subsidiary over a period of time of one or more years. This likely means that the overall purchase price of OIA will not be fully known for that time frame, unless they have opted for another scheme.

Why don't you send them an e-mail to find out and at the same time try and improve your Corporate investment knowledge. Never too old...
