I won't have to call them, because they probably wouldn't send my PC in three different Federal Express shipments like Dell did. I still say that Dell bolted together a very nice laptop computer, they just could have shipped it in one shipment to save a lot of time and headaches, or warned me somewhere on that this is what happens when you order the traveler's bundle with the computer. Oh well, as is usually the case they don't give a sh*t, they got my money, and with the direct model they are faceless and blocked by barriers of telephone answering machines. So the problem is mine once they've taken my credit card number.
