Formerly Leggoons, Inc. IPO'd 11/18/98 at 3.125 6/12/96 assets were transfered to "Assignment for benefit of creditors" (bust)and maintained its status as shell corp. 2/18/97 license went to HPCS (us) 3/1/97 Thomas Hughes took over. Filed for name change from Leggoons to Betting, inc. So basically the individual posting on the other board is bashing, using old history to make it look bad!
