Anyone with a set of standards or values in that movie was portrayed as pathetic or diabolical and brutish. <<(remember, the slutty sister decides to change, and go to college),>> Yes, and that was pointed out to me the last time I criticized the movie. She was, however, an anomaly among the enlightened people of color. The real message of the movie was, dare to try something, anything forbidden by authority or contradictory to morality; you will be loved and find the enlightenment to create a beautiful new world.
